In-Person Assistance
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
All in-person visits must join the QLess virtual line before arriving to the Office of the Registrar. Note that this virtual line is only open during business hours. For more information about joining the line virtually, visit the HUB webpage.
Virtual Assistance
The Office of the Registrar is committed to serving the College community with the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency, and integrity. The Office strives to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the College’s official student records, adhere to academic policy and standards, and provide exceptional administrative service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. Additionally, the office works closely with IT, the Office of Student Engagement & Success, the Center for College Effectiveness, and the Office of Partnerships & Community Engagement. Its chief responsibilities include but is not limited to: registration; record-keeping; verifications and transcripts; course offerings; class scheduling; grade processing; final exam scheduling; classroom and instructional space scheduling and graduation.
