Instructions for Supporting Documentation

Exam Score Instructions

In order for a Transfer of Credit Evaluation Request to be reviewed, an official score report must be sent to Guttman. Students are to follow the instructions for sending the scores provided by the testing agency (e.g., The College Board, CLEP, The International Baccalaureate).

For example, instructions for sending AP exam scores are:

  • From the https://myap.collegeboard.org/login website, sign in to My AP using the username and password of your College Board account.
  • Select My AP Profile.
  • Select the Score Send tab.
  • Find the college or university you want to receive your scores. Start typing “Stella and Charles Guttman Community College”. When it appears on the list, select it and hit Save. You can also search for Guttman using the College Code: 7886.

* If a student orders their AP score report before June 20, 2021, sending it is FREE.

The Request form will be evaluated and a response provided within three weeks. For more information on how credits may transfer, please refer to the CUNY Coursework Equivalencies webpage.

Non-CUNY Coursework Instructions
