About Us

Welcome to the Office of Human Resources!

The Office of Human Resources strives to create a work environment that is in harmony with the College mission where students, faculty and staff respect and appreciate each other’s perspectives, commonalities, differences and contributions. The Human Resources staff are dedicated to providing prompt, courteous, efficient, and quality customer service to all our constituents, including faculty, administrators, staff, students, and visitors. Our goal is to match the pace of an everchanging workplace to meet and surpass our employees’ human resources needs by continually assessing our processes, and looking for new, innovative and best practices to improve our offerings and service delivery.

Our website aims to provide easy access to the full range of employment programs available at Guttman Community College, including Recruitment, Employment, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Staff Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, as well as access to and information about human resources policies, forms and processes. I hope that you will find our newly launched website convenient and informative, as we aim to make relevant information available at your fingertips – whether you are at home, at work, or on the go. We strive to continuously update our website and keep the information current and relevant.

Thank you for visiting!
