Through comprehensive instructional support and personalized coaching, Guttman faculty are encouraged to harness their pedagogical interests and life experiences in order to enhance experiential learning practices. ELO are provided in one-on-one sessions, invited observations, regular House and Program-level consultation, topical cohorts, new and part-time faculty orientation, and experiential education tools and strategies that engage all learners.
