The City University of New York uses a Performance Management Process (PMP) to link planning and goal setting by the University and its colleges, measure annual progress towards key goals, and recognize excellent performance. Each year, Guttman identifies targets for CUNY goals and related Guttman goals aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan. At the end of the year, Guttman reports on target progress.
