The Guttman community extends it condolences to the Rubenstein family for the loss of Mr. Ernest (“Ernie”) Rubenstein. Mr. Rubenstein was a champion of Guttman Community College for many years and was very instrumental in the $15M gift that created the college. He was a strong believer in the power of education and an advocate for first-generation students, and we are forever changed from the seeds that he has planted in our community.
